Industry Security Services, Inc. established a state-of-the-art training program. Officers are provided a series of training segments, which develop both their professional and technical skills. Thresholds are set to help recognize officer’s accomplishments and progression. Officers receive a professional certificate, uniform decoration, and financial incentives at each threshold.
